Digital products & refunds
Celebration Day Store™ digital products are supplied as downloadable files. Because access can be provided immediately after purchase, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once digital files have been delivered or accessed.
If a file is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you experience a delivery problem, contact hello@celebrationdaystore.com so we can put it right. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase allows you to print or use the supplied design for personal purposes. The artwork, files and Published Designs™ must not be resold, redistributed, uploaded for others to download, or used commercially without written permission.
Privacy
We collect only the information reasonably needed to process purchases, provide downloads, respond to support requests and, when you choose to join, send Publishing House updates. Payment information is handled by the payment provider used at checkout; Celebration Day Store™ does not need to store your full card details.
If you join the Publishing House mailing list, you may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Website terms
Product images are provided to show the design and presentation. Colours can vary between screens and printers. Customers are responsible for using suitable printing equipment, paper and settings. Product descriptions and prices may be updated as the Publishing House develops.
